-If you no-call/no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and banned from booking with me. -If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment; if you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 100%. -LATE POLICY; If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50-100% of the service cost (depending on circumstances) and I will not see you at that time. If you choose to re-book for a different time, the late-fee is not a credit towards your next appointment and you will have to pay in full for the new appointment. If you know you're going to be late, reach out! I can usually accommodate you but sometimes 10 mins is the maximum I have to spare before it affects my next client. -Starting or being on your period does not inhibit me from performing any waxing service and therefore is not a valid reason to cancel and a fee will be applied if you still decide to not come in. **Every body's cycle is different so please communicate with me and we can figure something out** -If you have not been to me and my studio before please allow yourself ample time to find my location/parking. I give very detailed directions through the links in the automated texts/emails that are sent to you.
